Terms and Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:

• We missed your deadline, even though everything was confirmed from your side.
• The provided work didn’t meet your requirements even after 5 revisions.

Important: The request for your refund should be supported by an honest report. Our team will consider your request to see if the refund applies or not.

When Refunds Don’t Apply

We don’t offer refunds in cases like:

• You gave incomplete or incorrect info in the beginning
• You didn’t use the work or change it yourself
• You missed our follow-up messages, and those caused delays
• You changed your mind after the order was placed
• You asked for extra changes or new things outside of the original instructions after the task was done

Note: If you request changes beyond the original request, you’ll need to pay an extra amount. If not paid, we can’t guarantee the results. Also, 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for transaction handling.

How to Get a Refund

Contact our support team via email along with the refund report, and they will make sure the refund process goes smoothly.
